three =/

i don't get it.

the three store at towers has been taken over by vodafone and there is a "3" sign which is half the sign of the vodafone one. i am eligible to get a new phone except the question is HOW!!!!!?????????

all the caps are vodafone ones, and none are the three ones which means even if i can change phones there,  the phone won't have the awesome three sign on it and the plan might change and have no free news.

yeh i'm really confused.
also, there are more phone choices for my particular cap over the net except i don't get how they work....
so basically, the three store at towers died and i will probs stick with my phone for now until there is a three store where i can go and see what phones they have or wait until next year after HSC...

my mum made chicken and corn soup the aussie way. for once, she actually put cream in it (:
my school skirt has gone short. either i've grown (highly unlikely) or i've gain wait and have become fatter(most likely)
i am going to be eating fatty food tomorrow and the day after. but whatever, it's nice. i should enjoy all the fattiness while i can (:

i can't wait for tomorrow (:

it was about last time this year i got my year 10 formal dress, around the end of the financial year sales. my dress was branded and was a sale on a sale on a sale so it wasa supppppper cheap when compared to the original price.

i went to look for dresses today.
super devo. they hardly had any nice dresses and a quarter of them i saw last year. i thought they would stock in new stuff... and hardly any of the dresses on sale were nice nor did they have my size.
oh, keely, if your reading this, i saw your dress for 50bucks. but that's because it's one year old now.... even though it is branded, it has probably been hanging there for a year, since they don't usually re-make dresses...
i still don't understand how my friend bought a 2dollar scarf at Myer...
and other shops didn't have has much cheap stuff than i expected them to have compared to last year.
but i bought a top which was originally 65 and now 15. sometimes you wonder does anyone actually buy those type of tops which are more than 50bucks full price.
and i bought a new pair of flats. it's realllly hard for me to buy flats/heels cause my heel is small and yeh, ceebs to explain.

finally started differentiation.
i'm soooooo behind at school, as in my class is behind other classes, and i'm sooooo behind everyone in tutoring )))))):
so it was quite exciting for me that i finally get to start it (:

i want to watch transformers in 3D because i think it will actually turn out really good. the other transformers have been really good so i'm looking forward to watching the 3rd one sometime.....but it's soo expensive. with that one 3d movie ticket, you can buy it on blue-ray when it comes out.

Parent-Teacher Interviews

i think i failed maths, even though it was easier than i thought it would be.
and i forgot my maths aid ): and it was a function-ish text so ))):

so, all the teachers say the same thing "she works hard, hands in hw" etcetc
did people get their ranks for maths?
i got my rank for phys. well, i'm not last, so its ok, for now (or for one more term)

its cool how they tape the "beeping" sound so you know when five minutes is up. people actually move, except for the person who was in front of me for English.
i like the buzz/feeling inside the exam centre during interviews (:

it just so happened that my bro had his interviews today. mine only took 40mins unlike his which took, 1.5ish hours.
the teachers and other people have to pay 2bucks for coffee and hot choc. apparently at normo, they have a coffee club where they actually have one of those pro coffee machines and people in the club make coffee....
and apparently his science teacher is one of those that favours white over asians/curries. apparently they sit on side white and the other side non-white. and this, the teacher gives more marks to the whites (i always thought marks were based on tests, but not in junior school....wait i remember now, there were book marks and random class marks...idk....)

Monday, June 27, 2011

short post today.

i hope we actually get 2 merits for turning up after school for soccer, we should get 3 since we're seniors and have an exam tomorrow.

and English, oh dear. i didn't use the word "necessarily" and didn't talk much about values, we only covered context in class.

maths, just one little number/sign error mean you could get the whole question wrong.
i like plane geometry, but it doesn't mean i'm good at it...

i turned up half an hour late to dancing today (to study for maths). there were only 5 people in contemporary. shouldn't have gone today since we didn't learn new stuff.....

Sunday, June 26, 2011

i think i may have abused the extending margins part.
if they let us take notes in, the expectation is going to be really high (unlike last time when they gave us a hard question.....)
i still kept the same line spacing, dot point form, and 12pt times new roman font (: my thing is actually like an essay, except without the question part.....

i actually hardly got anything done today.

oh,
today a 3pm we were split into our prayer triplets and and we got playdough and had to represent one of the ten commandments. if we won we got a free movie ticket (first time there was actually an initiative of doing something since like yr6) the criterias were application, creativity and presentation.
here's what my leader and i came up with (this other girl was away so we were a two...)

all except for one person got it.
we did it on "you shall not give false testimony" so don't lie.
so basically my leader, was a ruse person who thought of this idea. there's this guy who's connected to a lie detector and the graph is a straight line which means he's not lying. and then there's a police guy pointing to a open door so that he could enter heaven.
it was a good idea except it was too "deep" and we ended up getting a 20.5. we also got bible-bashed coz this other leader said, you can lie and still go to heaven....which is true....

but the team who won had 5 people, and there were only 3 movie tickets.......they were the first group judged and i think we were tooo generous with them....

other ones had a pirate ship with music so you shouldn't pirate music (ie don't steal). this other guy copied angry birds and the playdough was really well done coz the pigs and birds actually had expression except they got 0 for creativity, twas actually quite funny. but there application was good coz you shouldn't steal the eggs....

because i didn't want to go tutoring next fri and in the holz, my math tutor quit on me. (yeah, your probs like what the heck) he doesn't asks if you want to have a lesson in the holz, but assigns you lessons.

but it's actually a good thing since i haven't improved and he doesn't put effort into teaching me things since i only go an hour, he wants me to go 1.5hr. once i went 1.5hr and he spent 30mins doing two questions which was really pointless. and his one of the people who reallyreallyreally cares about money because if you miss a lesson you HAVE to have a make-up lesson so that his weekly "income" doesn't drop
apparently my mum heard him over the phone rage about me not wanting to come in the hols and he rage quitted on me (quite literally)
he's one of those type of people where you're late 5mins and tutors for 55mins while your early 5mins and you have no benefits.
some people say they're Christian, but their attitude behind the public changes and their reasons for getting money-and my mum already detected that.
i think it's easier that he quit on us rather the other way (because last time we did that, it was really awkward explaining why)
but castle hill is much more closer to home so i save 2 thirds of travelling time.

maybe third time lucky??

and i still don't know the reason why chem today was post-poned....hopefully that email was legit or else i would have wasted money by not going to class......

my second idea doesn't work and i can't think of a short story to go with it so i hope my own teacher doesn't mark it (unlike last time) because there is real crap said. i hope the teacher marking hasn't read my class' set text before...
i think one of my goals is to write an essay in the A range. it has been a loooooooooooong time since i could remember when i actually did get an A mark.

Friday, June 24, 2011

sooo,
i fully take back what i said yesterday. i think only 4 people will get 100. the last question was a discriminator and i only know of 4 people who got the last questions (with actual working). so the max for other people is 91%. big deal, for top class not getting over 90% "my ranks going to drop etctec" well no they won't, since everyone did badly so the ranks will still stay the same, they will probs scale this test.

what about us bottom class people!!!!!!????? my max is going to be 70% i am willing to bet anyone 5 bucks that  i'm going to get under 70, which will be my first.
i did the unthinkable. i forgot what tan2x was. ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))): there goes 2 marks...
and auxiliary angles-2 marks. other past papers were 4 or 5 marks. why does our grade always get the harder side of things.
and other grades get to have tan45 for the angle between two lines while we get an ugly tan60 with soo many surds etcetc.
i can't believe i crossed out one of my k values )))))))))))): usually ratios only have one answer...i hope the question only asked for one.

i could go on and on and on about all the bad stuff i did, i think i'm going to come 2nd last. there goes my chance of getting above average in ext. :'(

everyone's English thing was so goood. even the people who don't pay attention in class, as in the people who joke around in class and don't take things seriously. i think that's what makes them good, their humour. this guy did a puppet show and it was really fail, which made it funny, and the teacher even laughed which means they will get full marks since the teacher asked for something funny.
i totally failed english for the second semester, already.

i shall work on the essay for the first half of tomorrow then maths....
i see more scribbles than ticks on my essay. the people who do bad in their prac essay get full marks in their actual essay *cough connie...but i'm not one of those people. unfortunately.

Thursday, June 23, 2011

i think raising my brother is the equivalent of raising 3 other kids.
he is soooooooooo troublesome. in every single thing he does. for example, taking 30mins showers which is a waste of water and electricity and time. and he now has really bad "teenage tantrum" things

in the arvo, i dropped my phone on top of my calculator ): now it's scratched ):

i did my English today. i'm soooo glad my laptop didn't die (((((: i think people actually fell asleep in the middle since there as no video. everyone else's is sooooooooo good. i have a feeling i came last.....and my essay was once again destroyed by me teacher....
my chem teacher forgot about me today.

and maths. i also agree that there will be heaps of ppl getting 100. i'm going to guess....14 people.

today was the first time i drove to school (: maybe my mum has more confidence in me.....after 80ish hours..haha...

sometimes i also "salivate" when i see Masterchef foods.

Wednesday, June 22, 2011

you know soo much just by looking at the news feed of facebook. seriously.

i forgot to say yday: i did my first ever and last writing competition. it was lame, one of those easy things i probs failed. even in primary and girra i didn't do one, so i think it was pretty cool doing one yday.

the class in maths tutoring was sooo noisy. i just thought people would be really nerdy and quickly do their work and listen to the teacher.....maybe that's just top class... i was very clueless today, but that was expected.
oh eunice, those cookies were very nice (: the ones i usually have at coles aren't as chunky...

English tmr. apparently i'm going fourth not third....

still scared for maths and for my laptop. i hope it doesn't have a heart attack. it worked this morning...

and today i had a look at a guy's report. oh wow, he came first for like 2 subjects and top ten for his other subjects.
i don't think i'll ever be able to achieve that, since that didn't happen at girra, i don't think it will happen here.

Tuesday, June 21, 2011

rahhh.

i think my laptop hates baulko.
it actually died and full beeped more than norma at school. so i took it to the tso and it worked. but when i got it back it didn't work and he was like "connect to an external monitor, back up your stuff and i'll give you another laptop tomorrow" screw you. why can't they fix it?

then at home, it worked, after 15mins of beeping.
maybe i hibernated it too much.
why must it die on me when this is the second time i only used it this year? ))))):
i hope it works on thurs. because i bet the teachers would never accept "technology failure"

i got an award at the recognition assembly today (: but it was nothing academic ==
my parents always find it funny when i get a sport award for running because i'm not a runner. i remember my first award in our yr7 rec assembly was "enthusiasm and dedication in PE" my parents were like ..lol....

ahh, i don't have time to go to stocktake sales DDD= i want to find dresses, just for the sake of having a few more.....

Monday, June 20, 2011

i sincerely hope my school laptop can connect to the projector or else i am totally utterly completely screwed for English.
i hate how the computer in the room is old and is an xp and doesn't have codecs which can't open .mov files and quicktime videos. my mac, my school laptop and my old laptop can all open that file, but no, that computer has to be gay.
and i don't have any programs to convert on my mac :'(  i spent 2.5 hours trying to convert .mov into some other file which is compatible with old windows player, but failed ): all i'm thinking is the time i've wasted.
please connect school laptop...

my dad installed a reverse parking camera in the subaru. it's different....

oh dear, maths, one thing one really suck at more than others, actually i suck at a lot of stuff....

whenever we miss dance for a week cos of public holz and when we do planks, i actuallly sink....i'm soo unfit if i miss a week of exercise

i think i should wake up earlier to see people...

Opposite of stealing...

i really don't understand how my mum can crash our new 1 year old car into our own trailer when it's fully equipped with front and back park sensors, 7inch reverse parking camera and all that shiz.

now the car has a massive dent and black lines across it, so when i drive the big car, it looks like i'm a complete noob and crashed into something, when it was actually a full licensed person.

and the other car (the subaru one), my mum somehow got a dent right under the side mirrors.
i think my mum is really bad with cars, oh and parking-that she admits. i think when i learn how to back out from our driveway, i may be more successful than my mum, well i hope so. but i shouldn't say anything because my mum's always like "lei dow mo full lisence chei pai" (i think that failed, yeh, i can't type chinese words in english)...

question of the day: what is the opposite of stealing.
i think that was a very interesting question since giving is the opposite of receiving. i think we came up with something like giving to others generously with your own possessions.
i know it's not right to download music. a quarter of the sermon was like based on that.....

and why does it take 2hours to create a HD 1080p movie!? *rages
the more i think about it, the more i think i will come last in the grade for this ict task....

oh, and maths D= and jap, which for once, i'm actually not going to study the vocab test, this weeks one wastes too much time, which is not worth the merit....

oh, someone changed my alarm clock an hour faster. i already made it half an hour faster so when i woke up today, it said 12 and i literally had a heart attack because that would mean i woke up later than i did in the holiday.....go figure. i still woke up pretty late today....

Saturday, June 18, 2011

my mum and i had a "mates brekkie box" from maccas this morning. it's really cheap for 10 bucks (:
and my hot chocolate was yum (:

i met the guy everyone goes to today. it was kind of awkward, i don't know which class i'm supposed to go to :S

i drove more today than i actually studied.  not a good sign.
my english thing is going to make everyone sleep. and i'm going third ): this is one of the tasks i'm going to fail without having finished it.

so cheap. the chem hw doesn't have lines to write in so we have to find our own paper. i hope it's only for this topic....
and more false hope. everyone in my tutoring class got better than me, and they did "ok"
oh, also, guys school act differently, i think. this guys squeezed a packet of mamee noodles, like full squeezed....

i'm never lucky. i wish i got picked in our class draw to go to titration comp, oh wells....
well done to ophelia, tania and xiaping (:

Reports =/

First time in my high school life that i got a C and below 70%, because of eng ext.
if you can be bothered, you can probs figure out my mark. it's realllllly bad, it will scare you.
and i actually thought before our half yearlies that i was the most confident about it, apparently not.
but for once, i did relatively good in english, compared with my other years.
i think i got scaled up for all my subjects (except for maths which they ceebs to scale).

i tell my parents i have my reports, but my parents don't really care. i don't think they have ever cared. you know how some asian parents are like "bad reports" and then rage, well i tell my rents after an exam how i did, and then briefly tell them what i went below average. they kind of expect it...

and i didn't come last in physics (:
actually, i didn't come last in any subjects, which was my main aim.
i do worse in my extensions.
and false hope. my chem class is not that smart, so i'm still not out of the "box" thing.

one thing i will rage:
THEY WROTE I HAD 2 FULL DAY ABSENCES  ASGDFHJKFWAK;NFANLJWBVLI.
i have never been away this year. so when i checked at the office, they had in the computer 0 absences. i'm close to swearing, but i won't. and the office lady won't reprint the report because she has to check with other people?? i'm mean what is there to check!!??
and i know of 5 other people who have stuffed up days on their reports. except for this one girl who was away for 2 days and had 0 day absences.
i want to keep my 100% attendance.
i've never been away in high school cos of sickness, only piano exams and theory exams.

one more thing, i'm past halfway in my 128 page maths book )))))))))))))))))))))):
it's only been about 2 terms.
i have never used more than 3 quarters of my 128 maths book. that's not going to happen this year.

oh, and the soccer jerseys are so yuck. luckily, i didn't buy one.

so the only thing i'm relatively happy about is English. that's about it.

ohh, and the reports are cheaper than girra's. the cover is paper, while girra ones have cardboardish paper.

english ict. we have to be "entertaining"== so screwed. i hope my 3mins babble is engaging, highly doubt that....

Thursday, June 16, 2011

our teacher said we would get chem results tomorrow, like the other classes.

but after our first period, he went out and then started to give out the papers, and i kinda had a heart attack since i wasn't "prepared" for the result.

for once in my chemistry life, i topped the class (((:
except it's not confirmed, since some people close to me are trying to scab marks, and i'm pretty sure they will get them....i counted a million times and they counted my marks correctly ): unlike last time....
except, our class had an average of 61%, so that doesn't really say much about my mark since my class always has the lowest average.
overall, the whole grade did bad.
nts: HYDROGEN DOES NOT CONDUCT ELECTRICITY
and write H2 instead of H. i have a bad things with hydrogens =/
apparently some people drew 3d diagrams :S
the mark made up the rest of my day (:

and when i came home, i found this:

my books finally arrived after 2.5 weeks (: pretty good. now i have summer holiday reading planned.

and it was contained in this massive box (: good protection from the rain, i guess...

Wednesday, June 15, 2011

:O
my mum actually understands what happens in Glee.
and i love when Glee sings Wicked songs (: (but it's obviously not as good as the people who are actually in Wicked, but it brings back good memories ((((: )
and for once, Masterchef didn't actually waste any food!!!
and the next challenge is something about using limited ingredients. i think this time when they filmed it, it was probs a few days after the Japan disaster...
and Hayden finally won in a challenge (: he deserves to go to Melbourne.

i hate transcription error. it's even worse than 1 times 1 is two or 1+1 is 0.
the first thing you learn is to write the alphabet, then you learn your number.
sdfghjkl. i circled the correct answer but in the the correct space. and it was an easy question.
well, i didn't come last in phys. i guess that's an improvement......

my things in English are non-linear :S

and today i had my first full bought lunch from the canteen, the other time i shared i chicken burger.
i bought a roast beef and gravy roll, and it was disappointingly horrible )))): kinda devo. i think the bread was better than the beef and the gravy. the gravy was soooooooo salty and fake. and it was $4.50!!! no wonder not many people bought one....
nts: never buy gravy rolls again, unless a dramatic change happens and people buy more gravy rolls than chicken burgers.

Tuesday, June 14, 2011

Ice Sculpture (:

we had a Japan Day today, and at lunch there was ice sculpting =D (i don't know how that relates to Japan but the guy was Japanese)

only the prefects/ people who didn't have class got to see the huge piece of ice which was bigger than 1m cube getting chainsawed. at, lunch he did the finishing touches. it was pretty cool (:

apparently it's an eagle. it took me a looooong time to see how it's an eagle.

inspiration!!!!  please please please come to me!!!!!!!!! esp. in extension and the ict task.
i literally have to babble on about crap for 3minutes.
but if i do a monologue....then i have to babble my thoughts....idk, i don't think english teachers like people babbling about stuff, even if it was a monologue.
i must not fail extension, except that'll be hard.
and i think i am a physics failure.

the assessments are never-ending.

Monday, June 13, 2011

4hours.            result of 75sec.

i spent most of that time thinking of what to actually do.
i love imovie (: it's much better than whatever pc users use to edit movies. using it is much easier than i thought editing movie stuff would be.
it's actually my first time making a movie because i thought this time i should man (woman?) up.
now i have to think of something to talk about to fill up to 5mins. it's much harder than i thought. i;m glad i didn't go in a three. 15mins is reallly hard to inform and entertain an audience.
so i bascially dedicated my day to English (maybe cos it's the Queen's birthday .......)

and maybe one day, i will go to heston's restaurant and maybe have a fizzy milkshake or something sciency.
when i have time, i'm going to make a list of restaurants that are really cool which appear on Masterchef, of the chef who appears on tv. so far, i've been to two =D

and my dad is super duper duper baddd with computers.
for example,
just yesterday we went out and my dad stayed at home with the laptop for 3hours.
when we got back, the laptop literally flashed ERROR across the whole screen, like in movies. it was kinda funny, i should have taken a pic... but, he somehow got a virus and he also got a virus for our ancient comp like 5 yrs ago and all my dancing pics was one there and they disappeared which i'm still quite very devo about... but i stilll have my ballet costumes and ballet shoes for memories (:

i just had a mini heart attack. i realised i had a vocab test tmr. and it's one of those tricky katakana one.
hmm, i should go study.

How Wonderful

The guy who did the prison ministry flower arrangement talk with his wife came back today and talked about the universe. he somehow has access to the Hubble telescope images and its the stuff you can't find on the net.
the pictures were realllllllllllllly awesome. life he had super close ups of the sunspots and recent ones. apparently he had an image of a sunspot from last tuesday-the most recent one.
well there were many nebulas/supernovas/galaxies.
then he went on to talk about spirals in a shell crab/sunflower/daisies. when you put dots on each pollen thing in a sunflower, and connect the dots, there are "x" number of spirals one way and "y" number the other way. the x and y are consecutive numbers in the Fibonacci number sequence.

then he went on he did some crazy uni mathematics even second yr student didnt understand and how you can calculate the angle from a rainbow and refraction of rainbows and how you can get double rainbows. then there was even more crazy things about the "fine number of a fibonnaci sequence and how it is possible to find the last two fibonnaci numbers which could be represented in an equation.

well, bottom line is, God's creation is so wonderful, mathematics is elegant, but it's only our brain trying to prove what exists. God's creation is ever expanding.
i'm actually wasn't sure what the message was exactly, but i was mesmorised by the photos (:

and in the sermon, a guy from usyd came and we did the whole of psalms (150 chapters) in 30mins. well we reallllllllllly skimmed through the book. he was funny =D

and hot pot.
so full.
came home just then ): i haven't done any work since 2.30pm this arvo DDDDDDDDD= (oh and i woke up at 11am and so i literally haven't done anything today....)

party and party

two parties in two weekends. it has been a month since i had a non eventful weekend.
hot pot tomorrow. i don't want to go but i regretted not going last time so i will go this time.

the dessert pizza was realllly nice, esp the gelato on top (:
why are people's cakes soo wierd this year? from shirley to shirgley to shigley-lol
everyone looked so nice today (: i'm kinda jelly over sweet and keely and other people who have dslr's, but its ok, i want one, but i know they will be a huge distraction from my studies so, in a way, it's better not to have one.....well not atm.....
i had a fun day (: and saw a few girra peeps (:

i have an idea for english.
it's just doing it will be hard. the execution part of it.

something realllllllllllly exciting!!

normo also does Chem of Art!!! so my notes at tutoring won't go to waste =D ie. if my bro did chem and did the industrial topic, then i can't help him out since i won't have any materials apart from textbooks...
normo guys are really typically normo.
so this guys goes and gets a cup of water and his friends asks him to get them water as well. he walk out and closes the door. he comes back with 5 cups of water (how can you even carry five plastic cups!?) and mouths to his friends to open the door. his friends just laughs and points to him, so that guys attempts to open the door, and spills a cup of water. eventually someone opened the door for him ==

i only got about 1/4 of the work that i wanted to do done ):

the school was veryyyy empty today.
no year 7's
60 peer support leaders gone.
and only like 30 yr11's turned up, literally. the collapsed classes had to be collapsed again.
some yr12's on excursion.

then at lunch it was realllllly quiet.
like everywhere was quiet.
so i was wondering what happened to all the yr 8's and 9's/10's and then we turned a corner, and Connie was like "Streetball!" and we're like :OOO basically those three grades were in the gym.

i suck at maths ):
it's soo time consuming. it shouldn't be, but since i'm slow it is.

i don't know what to wear tomorrow. it's to cold to wear short dresses and i don't want to get sick before exams. and i hope there will be food left or else i'll be )))))))))))))):

and my jap teacher is right about chem. she always says how she finishes the jap course in term 2 and how ancient and chem finish the course like a week after trials, which is pointless....
so our chem teacher said we had 3 weeks next term to do CMM and he sounded reallyreally upset. but it's ok. i know most of the stuff from tutoring (well hopefully)

i had two hot chocolates today (:

i have an idea for eng. but my other ideas doesn't fit in with that idea which makes the idea useless and i have to think of something else. asdfghjkl.

i don't know what to wear tomorrow. it's to cold to wear short dresses and i don't want to get sick before exams. and i hope there will be food left or else i'll be )))))))))))))):

and my jap teacher is right about chem. she always says how she finishes the jap course in term 2 and how ancient and chem finish the course like a week after trials, which is pointless....
so our chem teacher said we had 3 weeks next term to do CMM and he sounded reallyreally upset. but it's ok. i know most of the stuff from tutoring (well hopefully)

i had two hot chocolates today (:

i have an idea for eng. but my other ideas doesn't fit in with that idea which makes the idea useless and i have to think of something else. asdfghjkl.

Thursday, June 9, 2011

24hours later, i still do not have an idea for English. and it is not possible to do a movie by yourself....or is it....

bludge day tomorrow.
actually no. i am going to complete all my physics, read some English stuff that we got given today (and probs spend half the time figuring what the word is-the hand writing is terrible), maybe do some maths, figure out chem stuff.
i see the difference.
in yr 11, baulko already learnt some yr12 stuff, so i am struggling ): and the internet isn't helpful and i cbb to read the textbook since i don't have time....idk....

so many good movies in june'july, personally i think the best movies are out this time:
-hangover 2
-harry potter 7 pt 2
- pirates 4
-kung fu panda 2
-transformers 3
-cars 2
- hoodwinked too
-x-men
usually sequels are bad, but whatever.

still so clueless.....

Wednesday, June 8, 2011

i've been thinking about what to do for English while i'm doing maths.
i'm already freaking out and this weekend will be another eventful weekend. so scared for eng. so clueless for eng.

and i've spent the whole afternoon and tonight catching up on what i missed yday and 1 period today and there's stilllll so much to do ): missing out on one day means a doubling of hw and school work the night after ))))))))))))):

anyways, back to yday:
we got to where lab coats and really funky safety goggles. except i just picked the normal ones, which actually fit my face, unlike the school one. but the other ones were like the ones on kids tv science shows.

also, train adventures from yesterday:
i think it was the first time i went St James station, as in not outside it but under it.
it looks ancient, like the movie stations which reminded me of a movie we're watching for eng and it might possible be at St James station since the movie was filmed in Aus...
anyways, on the way back i caught the express train. it. was. so. noisy asdfghjkl. usually express trains which go to newcastle are quiet since people need to sleep etcetc but i encountered:
-a very audible snoring noise a few seats behind me
- a noisy hungry child who kept playing singing and apparently "sorry, grandma, i did a poop" ==
- one noisy hungry baby who kept crying
- one very loud phone talking person
and all that time i was trying to study for phys, which i failed (both the studying part and the test....)

Chem Excursion #2

it was quite fun (:

we did pracs on CnM even though we haven't started the topic but thank goodness for tutoring or else i would be sooo completely lost. i didn't get to test for the conc of ions in heavy metal water ):
but we did cool titrations using a metal indicator (i never knew they existed) and it turned a really pretty light pink, then purple, then i overshot it to blue ==
and then there was this other titration, i screwed that as well because i used the pipette filler wrong and it apparently contaminates the solution, but whatever, it was fun.
we also looked at the machines and also when the flame changes colour when metals are passed through. such nice pretty colours unlike our dodgy flame tests using a Bunsen at school...

a guy asked is we were doing any of the pracs at school and the teachers said a straight "no" because they were all toooooooooooooo expensive. it's because of the materials we used and it was the actual proper method to test for the stuff in the water.
so that explained the $30.

a face palming moment: when i put in two magnetic stirrers and it stirred slower than a stirring rod.

and nsw art gallery was uneventful. i've been so many times but never actually walked around the whole thing. a broken statue and ladders put together are considered art nowadays. we just looked at two paintings for chem-waste of time.

i walked so much today.

ahh physics. so screwed. and maths topic test, i'm just gonna wing it (literally, i haven't touched any maths since Friday D=     )

i really like the new song for contemporary, it's very...violiny....
and jazz, it's easy so far....

there's this part in contemp where we literally have to push ourselves on the ground, and i can't do it correctly because of my bad strength (as many of you would know...)

did you know, absorbtion is actually spelt absorption but the verb is spelt absorb. and then there's adsorption and adsorb...
my confusion of the day.

asdfghjkl. stupid tutoring place who have forgotten the minority of people doing Chem of Art and have forgotten to tell us what time we should go this week.

and i woke up early today, and turns out only 5 people were there. i had an internal 5min freakout since i couldn't find anyone and i thought i went to the wrong oval, as in i thought we were supposed to go to the out of the school area oval, so in the end no one turned up..... so the few of us studied phys =D

anddddd

i am soooooo freaking out with the english ict assessment. i can't make videos :( and i don't get what we're supposed to talk about ))))))):
i don't get the task.

Trackwork >:(

now it's my turn to rant about public transport.
so,
at Epping, there was this train that went straight to Central, but it went around to Chatswood, then down to central and passed town hall. then i had to change trains to go back to town hall. and all the times were screwed. so luckily they hadn't started.

and going back was worse. since there were no trains directly to pennant hills/epping, i had to catch a train back to central. and the first one i caught tool me to platform 25 when i walked out. and i'm thinking, i 've never been underground in Central before.
so i had to trek my way back up to the main trains and found a train which went to newcastle but it went the longer way, ie not going through stra, so that wasted 15min. luckily the first stop was epping. and luckily 3pm started a bit later.

it is completely utterly pointless bringing a train timetable during trackwork.

and going there, the train was soooooo fullllll, like kinda hk-ish, that i had to stand and study.

so, i've only studied 1hr physics today. oh dear, i am sooo screwed ): but i had a fun day (:

masterchef, what a weird idea today. it's kind of amazing.

and we had an awkward/funny bible study today about adultery/relationships/intimacy/guy to girl friendships

oh, and i still don't get the story behind the "cock, i am 16" on the cake.

Driving Experiences and Other Experiences...

i drove the Subaru today =D

i can totally feel the difference between an all wheel drive and a normal car.
so i was doing this sharp turn which the recommended speed was 35km/h but i kept at a constant 60km/h because i'm pro. lol jks, it's the car that's good.
and it feels so much smoother and accelerates ever soo muchh faster compared to the old car and can stop faster in a smaller stopping distance.

the thing about driving i don't like is night driving because you can't see if there are any police parked on the side of the road, so if you get caught then gg, unlike daytime where you can slow down if you can see police ahead of you.

because i'm so pro, i have driven four different cars and i'm only i'm my L's (: lol jks, my parents told me to for "good experience"

72hrs =/ behind schedule ):
approx 74 days left to get my P's,  so 48 hours to go and which is about 40min per day.

as if i'm really going to have that time......next time i see my driving instructor, i'm going to hassle him into filling out the forms for the 1 hour =3hours thing.

so,
i think my dad finally got scammed through internet buying. i think the other times while buying electronics he got lucky.
well he bought this GPS it was non-branded except has pretty cool functions and veryveryvery slim. the description said it has red cameras/speed cameras but it actually doesn't and it doesn't connect with the program so when he downloads those camera things, it doesn't show up on the GPS.oh, did i mention, the people were from China
and that is why i don't approve of buying electronic that you have never touched before and not branded over the internet.

i feel so :( atm.....mainly cos of maths....

and haven't done any physics today so extra ):

but the biggest morningtea today seemed quite successful. there were muffin break muffins for a dollar which is like one third of the normal price :S
and i had a massive piece of cake which was completely covered in white chocolate which i didn't finish so i squished it into my box (you know my fruit box) and had to squish it in.....
so much food, and the prices were only 2/1 dollar/ 50cents.

screw maths topic test.
must not come second last in physics.

ok, so i really miss my chem class because:
1. everyone is doing the same thing together
2. when yr 12's have exams you can still learn stuff
3. when yr 11 have exams you have to catch up (or one week i had a private lesson with my teacher during yr12 exams, twas kinda awkward....) which is not good
4. you don't need to miss out on class because of welfare day/what we did yesterday and have to catch up on reallysuperduper hard stuff which i don't get after copying and reading the notes
5. the classes/excursions don't clash with other yr11 exams
basically, if you miss something coz of some yr11 (or yr 10 for last year) activity that day, then you're not the only one.

but it' cool how there are two chem excursions (:

yesterday really reminded me of high resolves, all about leadership. hr was really cool, i kinda miss it...
so hr, i think, is more popular in sydney schools since my bro's school/baulko/girra/ other selective/private and other schools have it. i think y-lead is more popular in brisbane.
so i did a quick check on fb and y-lead has 2913 likes and high resolves has 178 likes. i never knew y-lead was that popular since i've never heard it before....

Y-Lead Leadership Day

that guy was quite inspiring (:
now i want to go Africa. except my main problem is that how am i going to survive a 6day climb up the mountain with different air and freezing weather is i only just survived 2 days of duke of ed..?

our grade is really fail. people run on "set" and don't run on "go"
so the day involved funny dances, little activities and trying to get the whole grade to run under a rope. the guy was full determined that we could do it under 10secs. we had to run under a skipping rope which was about 15mins long and the rope can't touch anyone. ruse did it in 9.8 secs, but they have a smaller grade than us.

in the end after 15+attempts, we failed.
we are the only grade that he has seen fail..i think....

i'm glad that the day didn't involve just the guy talking for 6hours.

but my poor chem double period gone....and this topic is the "make or break topic" and they did so much theory :'( i'm so glad people in my class are nice and let me borrow their books (: except i still don't get it....
our teacher said that chem of art involved the hardest conceptS of the HSC chem course and we had to learn uni stuff to under stand HSC stuff :( (i think i mentioned this before...)

"Spring Into Summer"

well that's what the book depository promo is-and it's extended to Sunday =D
i love how the other half of the world is summer and i can get an extra 10% of the already super cheap prices with free delivery =D i got these books for 36 bucks and they are getting delivered to my door =D sometime soon.....hopefully....rrp is $151 :O

winter.
i love winter.
because my birthday's in winter (: and i think i like my winter clothes more since the two times in my high school life so far, i went to hk when they had winter so i bought quite a lot of winter stuff. but last summer holidays i also got quite nice summer clothes.....well yeh, i used to have more winter clothes so i like winter more, now i think i have equal amounts....

about an hour ago, my dad said there was a police car park across the road, but there was no-one inside :S and my dad came home today from pendle hill, one of the bakeries there coz he was fixing something and brought home heaps of yummy baguettes/ croissants/rolls/ banana bread/sandwiches etcetc

i kinda freaked out today when my mum took my bro out because i looked through our 2 rice cookers/ 2 fridges/ microwave and couldn't find the rice. turns out it was on the stove and she steamed it :SSS

also, i am uncapped (: because i upgraded our internet. now we have 130 (70 on and 60 off)  which is almost triple tp what we had(((: we didn't get the 200gb one cause it doesn't have the 500min phone calling......so this was at 11.45pm last night, well i read the fine print except i didn't check if our contract had finished but upgraded it anyways, so turns out we didn't finish a contract and have to pay an extra 50bucks. but my parents don't mind that since i full complained about how slow the internet was......surprisingly i wasn't tired this morning.

haven't touched physics tonight DDDDD=

i hate wearing mufti in this muddyish weather because if i wear nice shoes then they are going to be destroyed. i bet i'm going to spend 15mins deciding on what to wear ):
